I really don't want to end this chapter of my life, but I have no choice. Our lives have page limits and chapter one can only be so long. But I really want to take in these last pages as long as I can before I turn to the next.

This point in my life is filled with ends. Quite literally. Today I attended a retirement party for a professor and this week marks the end of fall semester. Many of my friends are graduating the month, and those that aren't will be joining me for graduation in May or continuing at school while I pack my bags and leave. my parents raised such strong kids. kids that are so anti-authoritarian and that are extremely individualistic. i think it says a lot about the character of my parents to say that all of their children love them so dearly. because i can tell you first hand, i wouldn't without good reason.
